Qualification admission requirements
Your admission to Unisa is dependent on you meeting the specific admission requirements for your chosen qualification.
A Diploma in Animal Health (or equivalent), or an appropriate degree with evidence of Epidemiology and Veterinary Public Health passed with an average of 60% or more in the major field in the final year.
Applicants who have a final major mark of 50% to 59% or who completed the diploma more than five years previously, may be considered by the department by submitting a motivation, CV and evidence of relevant industry working experience for at least three years after completing the Diploma in Animal Health.
Applicants who do not comply with the above requirements should consider applying for a lower level qualification for which they meet the statutory and additional requirements.
